We never have to wait in the waiting room very long to start our appointments. The staff is very nice. I like the idea of the cookies. :) They are very good at explaining what is wrong and what we need to fix with our teeth. I like that they talk to me, too, not just my parents, so that then I also get to know what's going on. I like that our appointments usually don't last very long but they spend as much time with us as we need them to.

I was a little nervous today to get my appliance on but Crystal and Dr.Carly were awesome!
